Alertware’s Enterprise Edition consists of 3 Components.

The Broadcaster: This utility is what you use to broadcast information to your audience. It is easy to use, just type in your instructions or copy and paste and sent it to the Transporter which resides on the server. The instant you post it, your message is immediately broadcasted to your audience. The broadcaster can also be installed on your laptop and you can broadcast from anywhere in the world as long as you have Internet connection. There are no limitations to the number of broadcast you can make. The application is so simple that virtually in just a few minutes after installation you could be up and broadcasting. It’s that portable and simple.

The Transporter: The transporter resides on a secure server. It receives your broadcast and makes it available your audience immediately as you broadcast. The transporter acts as a transport mechanism and the actual data is never stored on the server or the transporter. Alertware is a closed circuit network and you have full control over the content and data your users see. Since the transporter is implemented on a secure server, implementation will have no impact on your existing IT infrastructure

The Receiver: The receiver is a small utility that receives your broadcasted instructions from the Transporter and presents it to your audience. The receiver appears as a small icon bearing your company logo, keeping the name of your company always in front of your audience. The receiver displays your broadcast in a similar fashion to a windows drop down menu which most users are familiar with. It’s as simple as point and click and there is no learning curve either for the end user. It is compatible with all windows OS from Win 95 through XP.

You will be in full control of the entire broadcast content and there are absolutely no limitations to the number of broadcasts or bandwidth usage. We offer full support and ensure that your Alertware Enterprise Broadcasting Network is up and running at all times. The cost for leasing the Alertware Enterprise Edition is less than advertising in any major newspaper and your messages are available to your audience 24/7 and 365 days of the year. It’s that affordable.
Assisted Program:
This is Shared Advertising and is designed for companies that do not have an extensive database of customers OR for companies seeking new markets. This program is ideal for introducing your company, generating inquiries and new prospects or keeping your brand and company name in front of and in the minds of consumers.
Alertware has an extensive and updated national databases consisting of businesses and individuals. Your advertising broadcast will be delivered by Alertware to its extensive databases and remain visible to the recipients for a set duration, unless prior arrangements with Alertware have been established. The rates for the Assisted Program are based on duration and frequency of the broadcasted message.

This is a full service program designed for maximum exposure. It includes option one and two, plus we can also do the broadcasting for you.
